Sensory Stimulating Ball Chair

Protac SenSit is a ball chair for children and adults with motor and mental restlessness. The balls stimulate the body’s sense of touch and muscle, and their dynamic and deep pressure on the body increases body awareness and provides calm.

Protac SenSit contains balls in the back, in the top layer of the seat and in the wings. The bottom is filled with granules, which makes the chair malleable to the individual. It is a good idea to shape a recess in the seat before sitting down for optimal seating comfort. The wings in the chair can be used to stabilize the sitting position and provide countless possibilities for individual adjustment of the seating comfort and the desired sensory stimulation.

There is an incontinence cover on the back of the seat, so if an accident should happen in the chair, the fabric can easily be zipped off and washed. The chair can also be completely disassembled when you want to wash the entire cover.

Cleaning

The cover for Protac SenSit can be washed at 60 degrees. The interval and need for washing the cover depends on use and use. To take good care of Protac SenSit, follow the instructions below in connection with washing and maintaining the chair. ^®

• The outer fabric can be washed in a washing machine with a capacity of min. 7 kg.
• The seat cover with sewn-on incontinence cover on the back, can be zipped off and washed separately
• The ball bags in the neck and side wings can be washed in the included wash bags
• Protac does not recommend the use of stain remover or detergent with bleach or perfume
• The inner bag with granules and balls must not be washed
• The inner cushion of the headrest must not be washed

Maintenance

During use, there will be a depression in the seat, which is due to the granule filling at the bottom “packing”. It is therefore important to turn the chair upside down from time to time as needed and shake it slightly so that air gets into the granular filling. This causes the seat to “rise” again. Protac SenSit can also be wiped with a damp cloth or disinfected.
